Safety
The Board, management teams and employees at MEM and DPSA all believe that the safety of people is a paramount objective in all activities.
The DPSA Group Safety Management Plan demonstrates this commitment by setting out safety objectives and the systems that these objectives going to be achieved with. Also by outlining the performance standards which are to be met and the means that the adherence to those standards are going to be monitored.
The achievement of these objectives, simply stated, requires a range of Policies, Procedures and Systems. This ensures the protection of people, property, plant and equipment from incidents which can affect employee health, result in injury, or cause damage or other losses.
Our best efforts must also be directed to ensure that any Company activity or product does not jeopardise the health, safety or general well being of any person outside the Company including visitors, sub-contractors, clients and the general public.
A good health and safety record is indicative of good management. We are all evaluated by our performance in protecting human life and resources.
